DDJ-400 issue

I have just updated Rekordbox and when I've opened it back up my DDJ-400 controller isn't letting me select/play tracks. Usually the 'play/pause' button is lit up green for me to press it and play a song but it's not lit on this button for some reason.

Sorry not sure what you mean. Does what appear in the device manager? I'm also not sure what device manager is
