DJRX is play really quiet out of right KRK speaker with a hum

Mixer was working perfect and took it to a friends yesterday and used different cables. Then came home and used my cables and as soon as the cable was plugged in, XLR wasn’t working and was making a 60hz hum and the music was very quiet (even when master volume was turned up higher). The left speakers fine and has problems. Was hoping it’s the cord being faulty and not the actual mixer. Can you guys help figure out the problem by what I described?

Check cables, connections, and power. Switch the L/R on the mixer end and if the hum changes sides, then the mixer is the problem. If it stays on the same side, the speaker is the problem.

If the problem turns out to be the mixer, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.

When I use rca cables the speaker seems to work perfectly fine with no humming. Could the XLR be bad then or still the speaker?

If it only happens with the XLR, it could be a badly wired XLR cable (or a short in the cable), or a ground loop between the speakers and the RX. Check that they're both connected to the same power outlet / power strip.
