XDJ RX2 Alphanumeric Key

Hi,

I changed my setting on rekordbox and also on my external device (USB) to alphanumeric, however, when I plug it into my XDJ, it only shows classical. My firmware is up to date, v.1.38, and my rekordbox is 5.8.5.
