Stressing hard with this so hope you can help?
Im trying to use the MIDI control function on my XDJRX onto Rekordbox on my laptop. I've been using USBs for while which is fine but really long when trying to search for tracks during 3-4hr sets.
Laptop is a Surface Pro 4 with REKORDBOX 6.0
The Driver is Updated and I can connect via USB
XDJRX Firmware is latest 2.21 Version
Setting in XDJ RX is set to MIDI
REKORDBOX is set to PERFORMANCE mode
The Display on my XDJRX allows me to assign deck 1 or 2 but then doesn't allow me to scroll through my tracks on Rekordbox. Neither does any of the function work on the controller. All i can do is play the tracks directly on the laptop which the sound comes through the XDJRX Speakers.
I've reviewed many forum and Youtube videos and i cannot see what im doing wrong??

Sorry guys, the XDJ-RX was one of those units caught in the middle; originally it didn't ship with a rekordbox license, but after December 2016 it did. We pointed this out to our rekordbox team and they've added it as a hardware unlock device from version 6.0.1; you can test the beta version here.

I just tested Recordbox 6.0.1 beta and midi mixer mode, xdj-rx mixer mode, midi and recordbox button, all working. Not suitable for production : https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360061614311-Public-beta-version-of-rekordbox-6-0-1-released-on-APR-23
