i would not recommend using that low spec cpu for rb. the u versions in general are not optimal for doing low latency audio stuff. you can try to strip your windows to the bone with all possible tweaks.

Rekordbox and I3 5005u
Hi there,
I'm thinking of upgrading my current set up to the Pioneer DDJ-1000 controller but I'm worried my laptop isn't up to the job. I can't afford to buy a new laptop along with the DDJ1000.
I have a 2 year old Acer that runs i3 2005u 2.0Ghz 8GB DDR3 1000GB HDD
Other option is to buy the XDJ-RR but really wanted a 4 channel mixer and can't quite afford the XDJ-XZ
don't want to spend the money to find I can't use the controller.
any advise available,
