Good afternoon, I sold my DDJ 400 controller, but did not untie my account. I don’t have a computer, I also sold it. Tell me what needs to be done so that the new owner can use the DDj400 controller

It doesn't really matter - the new owner can download rekordbox 6, which does not require a license key, it's a hardware-unlock. The DDJ-400 will allow the use of those features so long as they have created an account and signed in to the free plan within the MY PAGE panel in rekordbox 6.
