xdj r1 master out issue

Hi,

Have a got an R1 which is new to me and its showing a couple of odd issues...

1. When I insert my USB created in recordbox version 6 (same with earlier version) i cannot select on folder/playlist/artist/album only on folder so i have to search by track name only which is a bit of an issue with a >32GB drive...
2. When playing through either XLR or line master out sockets i cannot control the volume using the master out on the mixer.
3. When adjusting the mid trim on the left hand side of the mixer it has the effect of changing the master volume on the mixer... or what should happen to the master volume.. this doesn't affect the output on booth as this behaves exactly as it should do!

I have upgraded the firmware from 1.10 to 1.13 and none of the above changed.

Any advice other than its broke?
