XDJ-700 Looping and Sync issues

Coming from an XDJ-RX... I just bought a DJM-450 and 2 XDJ-700. Got everything set up, works great. I've noticed a weird thing with the looping and sync.

First I'd like to say I have all my tracks analyzed, all beatgrids are correct, the firmware is up to date, pro link enabled (Ethernet plugged in correctly) and quantize is on. 

When I loop a track with sync off it always drifts out of sync, causing me to constantly have to beatmatch the tracks. I tried it with sync on and it seems to do the same thing. As a matter of fact, sync doesn't seem to work at all like it did on my XDJ-RX. 

I tried this out using 2 of the same track and got all the same issues. 

I tried it with different tracks at different bpms and had the same problem. Sync changed the bpm to the master track but still couldn't sync them. 

I'm more concerned about the loops going out of sync all the time, as I use them a lot to mix. 

Also, can you not adjust the beat quantize value on the XDJ-700? Can't find that feature.

Any advice or help would be great!
