XDJ-RX2 headphone output problem

Every now and then my rx2 has a little glitch . After that it still works but the headphones have sound from both decks no matter what cue I press ! This is a pain when trying to mix . If I turn it all off and restart it goes back to normal. Obviously I will not be able to do this when I'm out live ! So, any idea what the glitch is or how to remedy the headphone cue problem ? The glitch is a slight freeze of laptop and RX2 unit .
