Can't Select what deck i want on my CDJ 850's with rekordbox

I have plugged my CDJ 850's into mac and they say connected, I can then set them to the right audio output but I can select what deck i want each one to be on the CDJ like I can with other softwares.

The audio comes out of each CDJ into my mixer but I cant control anything on rekordbox with the CDJ's.

What can I do to fix this

Which version of rekordbox are you using?

I believe it is rekordbox 6

The CDJs themselves are not rekordbox 6 hardware unlock devices; without an unlock device, you'll need a subscription to one of the plans to enable control support.

Why am I able to set deck 1 and 2 as the 2 cdj audio outputs?

Had the same issue, go to the my plan section and make sure the plan is "Activated for this computer" Its a toggle. Annoyingly rekordbox didn't do it automatically when i first logged in and activated the subscription.
