Sorry, it could be a hardware or software failure. If a recalibration or firmware update don't resolve it, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Hi everyone. I've had my XDJ-1000Mk2 since late March 2020 (from brand new, so it's just over two months old). I immediately updated the firmware to 1.4.2. I've only used it occasionally, maybe once a week, but two of the last three times I've powered it on, the touch screen hasn't worked, making the XDJ unplayable.
I've seen a few other posts on here with the same problem but none of them seem to be resolved, apart from a Pioneer person saying to get the XDJ serviced. Before I go to the trouble of packing it up and sending it away to be looked at, does anyone have any solid advice or an explanation for why this is happening? Thanks in advance :)
