DDJ-SX

Hi.I have a DDJ-SX and Serato DJ Pro software, everything worked fine for me two days ago, but now it gives an error “failed to connect audio”. I dumped NVRAM or PRAM, nothing helps. USB was also changed, but it does not help. How to solve this problem?

Hey Erop,

Try this...

Disconnect your USB cable from the DDJ.

Open the AUDIO MIDI SETUP application to the MIDI STUDIO window.

Find the DDJ-SX and delete it.

Click the drop-down at the top and select "New..." and give it a name (any name).

Connect the DDJ-SX and it should appear in the MIDI window.

Try launching Serato to see if it works now.
