I have tried unplugging and replugging the the ethernet cables and turning on and off the mixer and CDJs. It was working fine yesterday so I don't know what happened...super frustrating.

On Air function not working on CDJ 3000...
I'm super baffled....my on air function was working on both CDJ 3000s up until today. Now it is only working on my right deck (player 2). The left deck just stays solid white the whole time even when the crossfader is moved to player 2. I noticed this because it used to flicker red and white when I scratched.
I am running V 1.11 firmware on the CDJ and 2.07 on the DJM 900 NXS2 (the latest versions on both).
I tried turning the "on air function" on and off and nothing changed. I made sure that the volume is up on both decks as well.
Any ideas?

Try connecting one CDJ to the DJM directly and ensure the player number on the CDJ matches the channel it's connected to on the mixer. If that doesn't work, try another ethernet cable or check the ports on the products for bent pins.
