Rekordbox, can't play .wav file recordings on Windows laptop

Like the title says, it's impossible to play the .wav recording with either WMP, VLC or any other software. The programs crash, and can't play it on my phone either..

Did I do something wrong??

Using the DDJ-400

Hey Rico,

What's the setting for the audio preferences? Could be that none of your programs want to play due to the sample / bit rate of the file.

I haven't changed any of that, so guess the standards:

Sample rate is at 44100 Hz

Can you email one of the files which won't play (or a link to the file on a sharing host like Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer) to forums@pioneerdj.com and put 4404928490137 in the subject line?
