DM-40BT-w stops playing sound

I purchased the DM-40BT-w speakers a few weeks ago and since yesterday the sound output has not been working. After about 30 seconds of playing music, the sound cuts out but the blue light remains on. When I turn the speakers off and on, there is no sound until I leave it off for a while. Let me know what you think the issue is.
