The first XDJ-700 box has red and green circle stickers next to the serial number but the second one only has the red one. Why?

Question:

First XDJ-700 + a DJM-250MK2 - red and green circle stickers next to the serial number sticker on the box

Second XDJ-700 - only a red circle sticker

What does it mean when I do not have the green circle sticker?
