EFX timing is off on XDJ-RX2

Hello, I am having issues when using my effects on my RX2 unit. For some reason when I increase the level/depth with the parameter knob at default the echo is completely off beat. The timing immediately sounds like a train wreck. The bpm is matched and quantized is on so I am not sure why this is happening..

Steps I have tried:

• Updated RX2 Firmware to 1.38
• Updated Record box to v6.5.3
• reset unit to factory defaults
• connected my RMX and tested effects/ echo and it works fine while connected to this unit.
• Played same USB on CDJ's with other pioneer mixers and did not have the issue.
• Removed knob to make sure dial and knob were aligned to the same position.
• Issue is isolated to the unit

Any help with this is appreciated.
