S11 screen doesn't show Serato Hot Cue

Some tracks with Hot Cues in Serato software (shown on pc/macbook screen) aren't shown on S11 screen.. In Rekordbox, otherwise, they are shown on S11 screen too..

I was told by phone support to post my problem here . Does anyone at Pioneer DJ actually reply to the posts here? It doesn't look like it.

Which firmware?

Which driver version?

Which OS?

Need details please.

it's an only screen issue because HotCues are lite on pads

Serato 2.57

Firmware 1.03

Driver..I don't know, I've latest Utility

Mojave (latest)

anyway it seem something in conversion process.. I manage library in RB and I convert it to Serato by DJCU software..if I set new HotCues in Serato they are shown on screen no problem, the issue is for some of HotCues converted as I said.. could be an issue of DJCU, please try to get in touch with them because DJCU is in application very popular..

Hey Bob,

Does this only occur with tracks you've converted with DJCU? If you import a new song and add hot cues, do they appear?
