You could MIDI map it but you would have no jog control, and a subscription would be required.

Traktor S3 help
yo are Traktor Kontrol S3's compatible n will they run though rekordbox??? Cheers x

It is not officially supported so there won't be native support.
However if you have a subscription with Rekordbox 6 or a license with Rekordbox 5 you can use it by mapping the buttons to the controller yourself. The only problem you'll have is the jogwheel not being possible to map.
My advice, use hardware with the software it is compatible with.
