Hello I am having a very serious problem with rekordbox pro dropbox AND IT IS SOMETHING VERY SERIOUS, I have seen that other users also report it, when I run something external for example chrome, or when I download a videoremix from rekordbox, it freezes and sounds terrible, IT IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM I HOPE IT WILL BE SOLVED SOON, it forces me to have everything downloaded before the show and not be able to touch any window
Before seeing the captures I clarify that I use windows 10 and update to windows 11 to see if it was solved

I have also tried with windows 10 and the same thing happens
My hardware is not bad at all and my cpu does not reach 30% use with rekordbox, i7 10gen 16gbram nvidia1650ti
The problem isn't with rekordbox, it's the audio device being shared by multiple applications and running out the buffer. Use a different audio device for rekordbox and you'll see that this isn't a problem.

It happens to me since I updated to rekordbox 6.5.3, because I used a license that was not available before, I cannot go back to the previous version, please release an update soon.
