CDJ3000 Screen goes crazy when "Search" function is used

My 2 units of CDJ 3000, brand new, never had any impacts on screen goes crazy when trying to use "SEARCH" Function. When trying to tape in bout units (this happens after half an hour of use) can´t type a full word on them, jumping from the actual screen to flashing functions. Even they sometimes apply a loop. been trying to find answers ...

Yes, I have one, but can I posted in here? I dont see the option to upload it.

Really looking for an option here, there´s no spare parts for screens or any other component globally, Unit was never hit or dropped, wet or any other circumstance... It´s my work tool... :(
