Hello, I'm trying to update the firmware on my cdj-2000nxs2 but when I plug in my USB stick to the CDJ that has the firmware file on it, nothing happens. I get the proper screen on the restart- the message that says "connect the USB storage device to the USB port" but upon inserting the USB stick, nothing happens. What's displayed on the screen stays the same. I've tried using different USB sticks and encountered the same issue.
My cdjs currently are on version 1.84. I downloaded the firmware file for 1.85
I followed the directions outlined below but the issue still persists:

I was just now able to successfully update the firmware (from ver. 2.05 to 2.07) on my DJM 900NXS2 mixer using the same USB device that I've been trying to update my cdjs with.
Note- the USB port on the cdj shouldn't be the issue as it's been able to successfully read the songs on it when I've used it for djing.
Just made another attempt to update the firmware on my cdjs using the same USB device I used to update my mixer. Encountering the same issue as described in my first post of this thread. I've provided screenshots that show how the device is setup and what the file looks like in the device.
theres a "2" after UPD, most likely added by the mac because you had another update in that folder so it adds a 2 automatically, the fie should say C2KNXS2.UPD. not C2KNXS2.UPD 2
