Some knobs are not responding on my DDJ-400

Hello,

I just bought a brand new DDJ-400 and started to practice a bit as I'm a beginner. The first day everything worked properly and I didn't have any issue. The second day, when I tried to use it, some knobs are responsive like "Filter", "Track Selector", "Play" or "Cue" buttons. However the EQs, the Channel Faders and the Cross Faders doesn't work. I can hear the output sound out of my laptop, but when I play with these buttons there isn't any effect. I assume that it has something to do with the settings?

Any suggestions?

Are you using rekordbox 6? Is it in PERFORMANCE mode (look at the drop-down at the top left of the rekordbox window)?

A few things to try:

1) A different USB cable.

2) A different USB port.

3) Open the MIDI panel, click the DEFAULTS button.

4) Check for BIOS / driver updates from your computer manufacturer, and Windows updates in the system.
