New Intelligent playlist category: amount of (manually) matched songs

I'd love to create a playlist that shows exactly if a song has a certain amount of (manually) matched tracks so I can only do administration on tracks that for example have less than 8 matched tracks to them. I've created a mock up to show what I mean. Adding smart tag for each "enoughly matched" tracks would be a VERY tedious task to do.
