DJM-S11 separate EQ/FX control for channels 3/4

Add ability to switch between decks 1/2 & 3/4 on the touch screen and/or have it midi mappable via a button to allow separate EQ control / fx for channels 3/4 (unlike the Dual Deck feature), similar to the DDJ SX3, DDJ-SB2 etc. Internal mode only (No DVS) would be ok for channels 3/4.
