PROBLEMS XDJ RX3 FREEZE !!!!

Hello, I am having problems since I acquired the equipment. with heavy use it is slow to load all the previews in each playlist. Not only that, after about 2 hours of use the equipment freezes, not even the off button works, you have to disconnect the cable. Sure it is a problem with the data flow between the pen drives and the computer. Pen drives are good, and on the xdj rx2 they worked perfectly. The only solution I found was to use it with the usb cable in link mode, but sometimes it also fails, in this case it doesn't freeze but it enters an emergency loop.
And I also have two recommendations to make. In link mode with rekordbok as I am using it, the extra column of information cannot be assigned, like when exporting to a pen drive (if sorting by bpm, key, etc. works) but if we read a playlist with the order original no additional information is visible.
And the second recommendation. The size of the information column is too large, and it limits the name of the topic (Attached Photo).
I hope they can quickly find a solution that allows us to work comfortably as we always did with the brand, and not be suffering because it freezes at any moment.

DJ Papa, we you playing any long premixes? Mine freezes after I play like a long premix for cocktail hour and then try and start the party. Not sure if it is 100% related to that but mine freezes on all FW versions also

Can you list how you were playing? USB, PRO DJ Link etc.

Drive brand and so on?

what were you doing when it froze?

Also, you can create a ticket here which may help also - https://rekordbox.com/en/support/contact/
