Can i use 2 external hard drive on same Rekordbox Library

Can i clone 2 external hard drive that have same database to replace each other when 1 external dead to use same rekordbox library

Yes, but if you clone the drive, you shouldn't have them connected at the same time, because if they have the same drive name (Mac), the second volume would have _1 at the end, or if on PC, they'd have different drive letters assigned.

So it depend on the name of the drive and data that clone not the serial number of each external hard drive when Rekordbox using the data on it?

rekordbox only looks at the name of the drive (Mac) or the drive letter (Windows) to find the files and database. It has nothing to do with the drive's serial or any other data.
