Sounds like the only thing you haven't done is format the USB drive and export fresh. Simply deleting the song may have residual data stored on the drive, so give that a try.
I'm having an issue with one specific song not displaying the correct BPM on my CDJ. I've used the settings in performance mode to adjust the BPM to the correct one and fix the beat grid after it didn't analyse properly, and in Rekordbox it displays the correct BPM, but as soon as I move the USB to my CDJ instead, the BPM there reads 40 lower than it should (134 as opposed to 174).
I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, such as synchronising the USB several times, deleting the track off it and re-exporting, deleting the track from my entire collection and re-importing then exporting it, deleting the file directly off the USB and copying it back over manually (as Rekordbox bafflingly refuses to update or replace files if they're edited or deleted directly rather than through the software, but that's a different problem), changing the BPM of it back and forth both in my computer's collection (then resynching) and on the USB itself; nothing makes a speck of difference, Rekordbox and my CDJs simply will not cooperate on this one song. Any advice/fix very much appreciated.
