You may have the DVS mode enabled - uncheck that extension in the preferences and the two waveforms should then move at the same speed as they will stretch instead of changing speed.

Problem with speed of track
I've played 2 songs on pioneer ddj-sx2 , one is 120bpm, the second 100, when I try to match bpm and start the songs, one of the songs is playing faster, and I don't know why, because the bpm is the same, also the songs are analysed. Please help!

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand - did you mean the speed of the waveform onscreen, or the speed of the song audio?

With the waveform on screen and also the song audio, because when I change the bpm of one song , for example 100 bpm to 110 bpm, the song is moving faster on the screen then the second song, which bpm is also 110, and the songs are not playing at the same speed. But when I disconnect the controller, and try to do the same , they are moving and playing at the same speed.
