Sync Manger Freezing

So I have splashed out on XDJ 700's. Trouble getting any USB to work. Got new ones and now trying to transfer 15GB library over. Left it running over night and seems to stick at 50%. 

Im thinking there may be a corrupt MP3, as some are early 2000's. But would rekord box not pick this up? Should I just drop drag playlists or is the sync manger better? I dont think I can sync one playlist at a time?
