Can't join professional DJ team on Dropbox

I followed the steps and tried to log in to my personal account, and I saw

"Now Setting up. Please wait a moment."

and an error message

"Data acquisition failed.[E0]

Please try again later."

I tried to open a new account and it still didn't work.
