RX2 Black Screen

Hi, I have tried to turn on my RX2 but the screen remains black. All the lights, jog wheels etc turn on but the power/start up screen does not. I do not have the master record light flashing nor am I able to enter firmware update mode. Any suggestions on possible solutions ? Thanks

Outside of maybe the power source isn't delivering enough juice (try a different outlet or surge protector if using one), then contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
