Hi, I recently bought a DDJ-SX3 and on the box of the controller there's a notice that Pitch 'N Time is included. However, there's no code or licensekey, not on the box or not inside the box. I had no problem downloading Serato Pro when I connected the controller with my PC but untill today I didn't manage to install Pitch 'n Time. How can this be solved? I've already contacted Serato and they say it's something that Pioneer Dj has o solv because it's a promotional offer. Please help...

Just send proof of purchase and photo of serial number and they'll issue a replacement.

There should be a clear plastic bag with the manual in it and the expansion voucher for PnT and FLIP. Was there one in there?
No, no manual or expansion voucher. Only the controller and the cables, nothing else. If you wish, I can provide you my invoice so you can verify that I recently bought the controller.
