XDJ-RX flat USB WAV recordings

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help. When I record mixes on my XDJ-RX using the USB 2 recording function the WAV comes out looking really flat (as shown on picture). There doesn't seem to be any variance in the levels, like the recorded sound doesn't want to go beyond a certain level. Not like recording on my XDJ-AERO where it would show various spikes. This WAV has been analysed using Audacity.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be and if there is anything I can do to remedy it? I've tried adjusting the gain and EQ's but without much joy. XDJ-RX has been uploaded to latest firmware and I've tried using different USB sticks.
