XDJ-RX2 Load Buttons Jammed/Not Working

Hello all, 

Out of now where the load buttons on my RX2 seem to be jammed/stuck.  There is little to no movement in either button.  Occasionally one will loosen up but the second you press it back down it is fully stuck again.

The unit literally never leaves my studio and has a decksaver on it at all times.

Any help would be appreciated.  It was purchased in Sept. of 2018
