That is normal; non-Pioneer DJ MIDI devices are only available when using a compatible hardware-unlock device, or with a subscription activated.

can't recognize MIDI Tool
I connect with MIXTOUR Reloop, But rekordbox can't recognize MIXTOUR.
So MIDI button doesn't appeared.(Look at pitcure)
What should I do?
My Plan is Core Plan.

Are you certain that the Core plan is activated? Please check on the MY PAGE panel.

I'm currently having this problem too - I purchased a license key for Rekordbox DJ years ago but with all this Rekordbox 6 Subscription faff - I'm on a Free Plan using Hardware Unlock. So when I open Rekordbox without my controller plugged in, it won't let me access the MIDI Tool

tengo ese maldito problema, compre el core plan para usar el midi en mi controladora traktor kontrol x1 mk2 y no me reconoce es mas tengo activado el plan en mi pagina, y nada, enserio por que dan tan malos servicios soy usuario de windows 10

- I have that damn problem, I bought the core plan to use the midi on my traktor kontrol x1 mk2 controller and it doesn't recognize what's more I have activated the plan on my page, and nothing, seriously why do they give such bad services I'm a windows 10 user
