Upgraded yesterday to the CDJ-3000's of which I am loving the new screen, super smooth Jogs and the additional functionality... However I was disappointed to find the Link Cue / preview feature not working from the CDJ's to my DJM-900 NXS
Works fine through Rekordbox on laptop as usual. Is there something I'm missing ? Surely I don't need to upgrade the mixer to NXS2 or V10 as the NXS already had the Link Cue functionality ?
All products have the latest firmware. Any assistance appreciated

Cue Link should just work provided they are networked properly. I'm assuming you had the cue link headphone cue button engaged on the mixer and the cue mix knob turned to a position where it's not 100% master?
@Pulse, do that feature (cue link) and the Pro DJ Lighting feature only work with DJM900 (NXS/NXS2)? I have a DJM750MK2. Please let me know.
Hi Pulse, Everything seems to be networked correctly (I even replaced the switch just to be sure). When my laptop and Rekordbox are connected and linked I can see it toggling on and off in the software. Cue and master mix is at mid position. Also tried without the laptop connected and playing direct from USB but no change.
All is wired in this configuration with the addition of USB cable between the Laptop and MIxer (Have tried with and without this cable connected)
Scratching my head on this one...

@Pulse - Have now updated to Fimware v1.05 with no resolution to the link cue issues.

Sorry, still waiting on an answer as well as the arrival of my CDJ-3000's for testing. I'll let you know when I get any info either way.
Have you updated the firmware on your djm900nxs ? I couldn't get it to work on the 900nxs2 until i updated the firmware to 2.0.7.
I think communication is a little poor on how to actually get these things working considering these are now the flagship product.

Sorry Phil -- I missed the fact that you're using a DJM-900nexus (not a DJM-900NXS2). Unfortunately only the NXS2 and V10 support preview cueing with the CDJ-3000.
Is this also the case with the DJM 900 SRT?
