Cdj 3000

I am having issues when saving hotloops from the deck onto a track. Regular hotcues are fine but seemingly the cdj is not writing the loops to the track. In other words, I save loops onto a track, assign it to a cue button, when I reload the track the loops are not saved. Hotcues are but not loops. Just updated firmware to 1.05. Tried using different media ie Samsung ssd and sandisc sd.
