Distortion on right deck (XDj-RX2)

Hello! I just bought a new XDJ-RX2 and had to realize sadly, that the right (Deck2) channel is distorting (goes into the red). I thought it had something to do with the track, but when put same track on both decks, it still distorted only on the right deck. The crossfader is on thru, no effects, gain is in the middle on both channels. Wenn I turn the gain down on the right channel, so it has the same loudness on the led‘s, it is quiter than the left deck.... Something is wrong... Thanks for your help!
