DJM 250 MK2 A DDJ XP1 DON´T WORK IN A BRAND NEW LENOVO CORE I7 11TH GEN

I just bought a bran new lenovo ideapad 5 core i7 11th gen, RAM 8 GB, 2 USB 3.1 gen 2, and not recognizing ddj xp1, djm 250 mK2, I have the update o version 5 of rekordbox and the licenses for performance and DVS. I need help, thanks.

Hi Sergio,

The problem is an issue between the 11th gen Intel CPU and the audio chipset on the motherboard causing 3rd party audio / MIDI / HID devices to be blocked. Please check the Lenovo website for an update to your BIOS and audio devices for a fix.

Just out of curiosity, can you let me know which model Lenovo you have? We had another customer who had a Lenovo as well, but their BIOS update did not resolve the issue and Lenovo support was trying to convince him that the problem was on Pioneer DJ's side.

The laptop model is an Ideapad 5 14ITL05, 82FE00EXLM.
The BIOS version: FKCN31WWV2.00.

The update was made throgh the Lenovo Vantage software, I also update the audio card.

I hope this help other customers.
