XDJ RX2 Slip Roll jumps half a beat sometimes

I love using slip-roll during build-ups, but sometimes it will jump a half a beat and screw up my mix. I know it has nothing to do with the quantize or track itself because I can hammer away on the slip-roll for 16-32 beats straight on the same tracks and usually it will be ok. It only happens sometimes, and always when I have two tracks going and when I'm jumping back and forth between different roll "lengths". And it always seems to be exactly half of a beat. It's driving me nuts and I am always afraid to use the slip-roll during a live performance. I keep hoping a new firmware upgrade will come out and fix this but I still have the issue.
