正式なコメント
It pops a shortcut to the list hidden to the left of the main tree; click the > icon at the top of the tree and it will pop open, you may need to adjust the width to see it all:

Add to shortcut
Right click on a folder in the explorer and select "add to shortcut"
used to be able to select - no idea where the shortcut goes ? any ideas ?
tried again recently and now the option is greyed out so not possible ?
version 6.2 on windows 10 x64
