Both headphone jacks (6.35mm and 3.5mm) only send sound out through one side of the headphones. We’ve tried multiple headphones (which work both ears when plugged into other devices) in both jacks with and without adapters and the same issue in both jacks.
Firmware is updated to the latest (1.38) and sound comes out through master to speakers perfectly fine (both L/R).

Sorry to hear that - it's likely an issue with the jack or the mainboard; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your RX2 inspected and/or repaired.
