Need help with one of my cdj-850.
The output is slightly distorted in one of the players, i just replaced the whole output board and still same issues with a slighly distorted sound output. Both from usb and cd.
anyone had this and resolved it ?
It could well be that the problem is the DAC, or the power converter, or the data flow assembly... plenty of technical bits along the way which may not be functioning 100% thus causing the distortion. We can't provide the technical details here for disassembly or repair, so I'll direct you to pease contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.

What are you connecting it to?
tried 2 different mixers and direct into my steinberg soundcard.
the other players sounds fine with same gear and cables.
just replaced the Pioneer CDJ 850 Output Board Control Assy DWX3153.
same slightly distorted sound.
Yes its the Pioneer CDJ 850 Main Assembly Board DWX3174 thats is faulty.
Did some testing with the other working Player and found out the Main board is faulty. trying to find a used one to replace with.
No luck changed the Pioneer CDJ 850 Main Assembly Board DWX3174 and still distorted low frequent sound.
Also got hold of a Power Supply DRW1463 and changed with no luck.
same distorted sound output.
