Plastic Layer that is over LCD screen on cdj-2000nxs2 is touching the lcd screen

Hi,

Does anybody know how to replace that plastic layer over the lcd screen on a cdj 2000 nxs2? Mine has a small chip in the plastic layer and it seems to be touching the lcd screen. It looks like it is being pressed down on. Therefore I cannot use the screen. Here is a photo: please help!!
