XDJ-RX1 "Now Loading... ERROR"

Hi. I brought my XDJ-RX1 to one of your service partners in Austria, who changed both cue buttons. Unfortunately the RX1 is not working proper anymore. After loading some tracks, the Error message "Now Loading..." appears and it remains till I switch of the RX1. It makes no difference whether I use the laptop or the usb stick; the error occurs in any way. Sometimes after 2 minutes; sometimes after 1 hour. Your Service partner told me that he has updated the firmware to Vers. 2.21. Is there any problem with this firmware version? Do you have any ideas, what happened with my RX1?

If you have the unit, please verify that the update has been done to vers. 2.21.

Hi Jay. Thank you for your comment. I am using Vers. 2.21 already. I have verified. Is it possible, that the Vers. 2.21 is causing the problem? I have never had such issues before with the older Firmware version.

The problem is likely the USB drive... what's the make / model / capacity of the drive you're using?
