XDJ-XZ "Main Firmware Update Failed" - JOG L = 0%

I downloaded the most recent version of the firmware, 1.22 the USB. 3 of the 4 progress bars move forward and complete to 100% however JOG L stays at 0% and then it shows an alert: "Main Firmware Update Failed".

When I Power without a USB Then It Shows "Connect To Usb1"

Can't seem to connect via recordbox either.

The current firmware is 1.00 => 1.22.

I've not seen this device working, it was a floor model I got it from GuitarCenter they claimed it was.

The only advice we can offer is to try again with a different USB drive. If it fails to update again, return it. Floor model or not, that shouldn't be happening. Sorry!

See above; run the update again. Maybe try a different USB drive.

@toan > If using a different USB drive formatted FAT32 (with Master Boot Record; MBR) doesn't work, and you have an error message, please create a ticket with the support team in your region for further assistance in resolving this issue, it may require an authorized service centre to inspect and/or repair the unit.
