ddj-sx2

Hello, Question for you. I have a ddj-sx2 and the headphone jack out put is distorted. I've tried both jacks, different headphones, updated firmware,  and still the same. I've turned off the auto gain in serato settings to help out with the situation as the louder I turn up the headphone volume, the more distorted it gets.

Please help!
