DDJ-SZ Asio Drivers Not Loading in VDJ

So I just got my DDJ-SZ back from being repaired and now I my ASIO drivers are not loading when I launch Virtual DJ in Windows 7.  Everything was working fine prior to my power supply repair job done last week.  

The only way I can get my drivers to load properly is to reboot my laptop, press F8, and select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement.  Is there any other work around beside having to do this?  I have the latest drivers available and firmware for my SZ.  It's rather annoying if I need to reboot my laptop and I do IT work for a living.  Software should not be working this way.
