My DDJ-SZ job wheel center lights won't light up at all.

Just purchased this controller and it's only been in my house for 3 days. At first everything worked fine (that I could see) but now the lights in the center of both jog wheels won't light up at all. Almost like they never existed in the first place.

I have factory reset the machine with no luck. Everything else seems to be working fine but these lights. Am I missing something? I would hate to send this unit back. Please let me know if you have had any issues like this and how you were able to fix them. Thank you guys.
